Hi fellow 601 owners. I'm researching all the parts required for the cnc conversion using closed loop nema 34 steppers and a centroid controller. Just started looking for ball screws and see @lucsimoneau you used 2005 B.screws, did you specify the ends to be machined or do them yourself? Would you order the same ones again of something different? Were they c5 or c7?
Also a mechanical Engineer here, I do a good bit of component design.
