Yes, that is one of the belt guard parts for the 101.07403, 101.07383 and 101,07363. Whether or not it would fit the earlier model 12" I am not certain. However, you will also need L6-721, L6-722, L6-723 and L6-725 plus some #10-24x3/4 round head machine screws and nuts. Total of 12 but you may not use all of them.
