Easiest way is to number all the contacts, then use a Ohm Meter to plot out which contacts are open and closed in different switch positions. What are you wiring it for? ( ON and OFF only, FWD and REV, 1 or 3 PH?)
I'm with Kenny on this one. Map out the switch with your meter, then match it with the motor requirements. It's entirely possible that it is more or less standardized in the C-H line, but I'd sure want to verify it.
