Deciphering Feeds numbers on the VN22L

I just want to confirm wht the numbers mean on the Feed Change plate.
Are they Inches per minute?
Inches per Spindle rotation (second thought, probably not, because the Feeds are not geared to the spindle rotation, but driven from a separate motor)?
I've read the manual, but it doesn't say, as far as I can find.

Inches per minute is the standard way of stating a feed rate. Typical spec sheets from Van Norman (sorry, don't have the 22 version handy).

That's excellent!
Those are the same gearing choices for the 22L, so I can extrapolate that Yes, the feedrates on the Plate are IPM.
Nice that everything is labelled so well (on the spindle too.)
Great that has the Vertical IPM as well.
