Drill bit index question

How about topline. I'm looking for a reasonably priced made in usa 115 piece drill bit set with one metal box for 200 or under

No sweat. Was my bad. I had posted a link to a 29 piece set before it sunk in that you're looking for a 115 piece set.

Well I think I have found what I was looking for. I found a 115 piece topline made set for about 150 bucks. I'm just tired of the cheap Chinese stuff and it not working worth a dang

What is "topline".
 
Call me skeptical, and I am --- I find no info as to what that brand is made of, so far as I see they are a home and garden shop, this does not inspire me with confidence that I might be buying a quality product.
