Drill Press Rockwell or Craftsman

I inherited a generic 1970’s Taiwan made drill press that had a lot of runout in the chuck. Replacing the arbor and chuck made a huge improvement at low cost.

Any plans or instructions for the table counterweight?

Just Google 'drill press table counterweight'. Plenty of videos and other about how to do it. Mr Pete even has one.
