Dro's mounted on old rong fu

Just finished up mounting readouts and scales to old mill, seems to work very well I prefer front mount
on table so it required a sheild used heavy gauge stainless all seems to work very well , its one way to do it
so maybe some ideas for someone

how far does your table travel, "x" & "y" ? go to the next longest scale available. same for the quill. usually the quill is just under 6" the "x" probably should be 24" and the "z" would possibly use a 12".
on my rong fu 30, I used a 6, 12, and 36 but the 36 really could have been 24.
what are you trying to mount these on ?

I have a Rong FU 30 mill i have checked the travel and the 6,12,24 inch scales sounds good thank you

I've got a very simmilar mill, Does the quill readout work well?

I always wonder about any twist on the ring causing an issue, any comments much apriciated.
