Found some Hi-Spot Blue in quarts on eBay.
Very affordable.
Search: "Dykem 83507 Layout Fluid, Hi-Spot Blue, 14 oz can, Non-Drying And Non-Hardening"
This is the Dykem Hi-Spot blue, and not layout fluid. The listing is miss labeled.
This is also not the water based stuff. I don't like the muddy water.
