Did a quick 4-5 hour walk-through at Eastec in West Springfield, Mass. on Wednesday. Thought I'd share a couple of photos of things that might be of interest to Hobby-Machinist members:
Aloris Tool Holders
Numberall Model 40B Lettering Press
Behringer Power Hacksaw
Of course, there were a number of machine tool manufacturers there, along with many, many robotics and automation toys and software. There was one tooling dealer there and I picked up their catalog. They have a large offering with Made in the USA tooling, along with what appears to be a mix of imported tools from both Europe and Asia - link is here: US Shop Tools. I make no claim or guarantee this is a good source, ( I haven't bought anything from them) but I flipped through their large catalog last night and the pricing and offering looked good enough to at least share here if you are shopping around for tooling.
