Resolved Editing Options Unavailable - Solution: Toggle BB Codes.

The options bar at the top of the posting window is grayed-out. Can't select fonts, attach media etc.

Sounds like your editor is switched to BB code mode. On the right side of the editor tool bar is a brackets icon "[ ]". Click on that to toggle back to Rich Text mode.
