end mill identification

I have several end mills I am looking at selling, I will never use them and I would like to buy stuff I can use. I have not had much luck finding an approx value to sell
The number on the one in the picture is 50x170 2296 R24, I have searched it on the web and no cross reference comes up.
Any help on this is appreciated

That's old, old school tooling. Looks like a Brown & Sharpe no. 10 tapered shank on that extended shank end mill/ Probably made special for a specific job. Find someone that has a Gorton 9J mill.
