He is having trouble downloading the manual (posted here in Downloads). Anyone have an idea why? Does he have to first increase his profile (i e show more activity)?

Hi sir , the machine very great , yah i already chat the company but didnt got any reply , for some accessories, i build here.. you have this model too sir?? I will post some video when i at warehouse.
