I haven't done anything with it yet. It has some other pulleys not shown.
I Was Told it was a salesman's sample.

Very nice! Make sure that silver colored hardware, at least sees some black paint.

I Think. But I am fighting to many fires right now to figure it out.
I never set out to collect any machine tools I set out to purchase and set up a very small machine shop mostly for my own projects but also for customer projects.
