I did play with that little lever you show and it was sticky, and didn't feel like it was working correctly. I'll play with that again when I go back.
I have read about that bushing issue, seems like there is even a kit for replacing it that comes with everything.
I'm really looking for a Wells Index as I'd like to be a little more on the heavy duty side, but I'm not having any luck in finding one. This place said they didn't have one, but I was looking on their site this morning and they have one listed. Maybe they still have it and I can go check it out.
