Only had about 45 minutes to look around. Got to be something for almost everyone there, 26 acres worth of looking. Appeared much is past the point of being salvageable. A shame.

That place looks familiar. Is it on Rt. 41 south of Inverness?

" Is it on Rt. 41 south of Inverness? " You got it, Mauro Cycle. Very interesting collection of 'stuff'. I just saw a ad on marketplace, had some steel on racks. had no idea all the stuff there. We got there about 30 minutes before closing. Too much stuff to take in in 30 minutes... I got a price on some square 2", 1/4 wall tubing - either .40 or .90 cents a lb, with a $5.00 charge to cut. Seemed a bit high to me, especially as most stuff is 'rusted'.

Too bad that knucklehead spent time in salt water............

" Too bad that knucklehead spent time in salt water............ " Is it? Having owned a '46 FLH, I thought so. But sure looks like aluminum heads, and a bit of a aluminum inner primary left. Generator shovel?

I really don’t get those folks who leave engines and machinery outside to rust away and still think they are worth top $$. Same with metal. Yeah, some things clean up, but some are scrap. We have one of those close by. He had big screw machines, CNC machines etc sitting outside for decades. Then they had a fire, this is what he‘s trying to sell. It was nice, a Libert nibbler. down now to $1,000. Figure when he gets down to $100 I’ll go take a look.

Looking again,it very well could be a Pan shovel.

I agree, seems a shame to let so much stuff just sit and waste away. This was our 1st visit there. Walking in appeared as if the owner didn't like a offer on something, as a man standing was saying "I'm not trying to be a a**hole about it." Is that a HD Hummer hanging from the rafter?
