Your grinder has a 5/8 th shaft most flap disc cutting discs grinding discs have a 7/8th hole your grinder has a flanges but with a raised 7/8th lip to fit discs with a 7/8th hole like in the pic if you don't have those you can get replacements at many hardware stores

Good thing they were cheap, they wore out almost immediately, I’ll go back to the Plantex ones from Germany ($4/ea), not only do they last longer, but without the cheesy woven fiber back, are trim able, to get to back to a unobstructed cutting edge.

Some 4" angle grinders have m12 arbors. You can get adaptors for them.
