Following are some pictures of the finished product of the project I have been working on. My motorcycle didn't come with a tachometer and I've wanted one for years so I finally got around to a solution.
Original Speedometer Bracket

Thanks Dave, It's a '93 FXLR, Low Rider Custom. I included a couple more pictures. There are other parts on the bike I made as well, the coil cover and bracket for the single fire ignition coils, a matching air cleaner cover, back plate for the air cleaner to adapt to Mikuni carb, stainless front axle, a billet aluminum "T" arrangement to allow for an oil pressure gauge and the dash light to both work, a spacer to move the belt sprocket over .3" so a wider tire could be installed, stainless spacers for the front and rear axles and a few other minor goodies.
Since the original tach bracket pictures I have decided to change it and put a bend in it for better visibility and appearance.

Your bike looks good Dave. I think the FXR series was the best Harley ever built.
