A friend of mine owns an orchard and has an electric pruning shears. It has a coiled cord that is rather unwieldy and keeps getting it in the shear and cutting it off. I have fixed the original twice and now he cut the new replacement. I told him to paint it red so it would be more visible but still manages to cut it off or damage it.
I have the idea to make a non coiled cord that would attach to his arm with a Velcro strap and then continue down to his back pocket where he puts the battery. What I need is to identify the 2 different connectors if possible so I can purchase them.
The metal nut on the one is ~15 mm id and the center section 12.6 mm.
The other is all plastic push to connect and the barrel is 17 mm.
Any help to ID these would be appreciated.
