Help with a boring bar and inserts?

I bought some Aloris and Dorian tool holders.
With them came this 1"X10" boring bar.
Seller was honest and told me the pad the carbide insert sits on was broken.
He said a new one was available but didn't say where.
Can anyone here ID this bar and the pad I need and point me to somewhere I can buy one.
Also, is breaking that pad common and should I buy more than one?

The "pad" is called a SHIM.

pretty sure that's a wnmg3xx insert going by the bar part number, so searching for wnmg shim seat will get you some more options

Shim is IWSN 322W which is a 3/8" inscribed circle so would be the following:

Thanks for the tips and links fellas!
Now another question for you.
In addition to the shim being gone it needs help with the hold down parts.
The screw for the clamp is broken and there is another screw that is under the shim that looks a bit beleaguered.
Any idea where to find those parts?

You are being very helpful and I really appreciate it. But I don't know if I can navigate my way through all that.
Information overload!
I wish there was a place I could go and show them my blankety blank boring bar and get the parts I need.
Like I can with hydraulic fittings, bearings and seals, etc.
Is there any place like that in the Twin Cities?
