Wow, looks like those bugs I see on my plants- scale insects
I assume "torch" meaning what we stateside call "flashlight"
 
What do you think of the rotary? I've been thinking about getting one like that. Or building something.
 
I think a lot of these Chinese 4th axis set ups are frowned upon by people in the know. This one suits my purposes. I only cut soft metals with small radius ~ about 25mm diameter, just doing artsy decorative work. I haven't tried to do any precision with it.

So within this parameters I don't have any problems
