This is only my personal opinion, based on my recent experience with an Enco flycutter.
I would say as long as you stick to the straight shank tools, yes. I would strongly advise against purchasing the tool with the R8 shank.
Unfortunately I bought one and it is worthless. The taper on the shank is ground incorrectly and the shank itself is 1/2" too short. The taper jammed in my mill spindle and the drawbar could not push it out because of the short shank. I had to hammer on the head of the tool to get it out of the spindle.
Maybe it was just one bad tool - maybe not.
