What is the most common method of doing inside threads ? Is it using carriage to feed tool towards you and into material, or is it using the 29.5 method?
On the last project, I actually left the compound at the standard 29.5 right and placed the tool upside down and threaded on the farside of the bore. Sure made it easier to see what was happening.
Tubal Cain just did a vidio on that on utube. I set up a mirror and that works fine. My thoughts are
usually anything one inch and under I tap it. Check out his vidio
