How would I get nice, crisp corners?

For small pieces, I have successfully made sharp bends by clamping the piece between two blocks and bending up the sides using a piece of plate and a vise. The bend had no option other than sharp. I used this methood to make small boxes The inner block had the dimensions of the base flange which resulted in very uniform boxes. I made heat sinks for our LED lighting out of .063" aluminum resulting in inner bend radii of less than .030" and a flat base flange. For reference, the base flange is 1" across. It is impractical, though, for larger pieces.Heat Sink .JPG
