I just purchased a PM-935TS mill with the Hitachi WJ200 VFD. I have it up and running and I am very happy. I had an Enco Mill / Drill with the round column and it was a pain to move the head because you needed to re-zero. The knee mill is far easier to work with. The mill is very solid and the slides move VERY smooth almost too smooth. With the VFD it is very nice to be able to fine tune the spindle speed. I have the frequency bounded to 40 Hz and 90 Hz. I made some prototype parts for work last night and it went very quick. I could not be happier with this purchase. I bought the Enco new about 23 years ago and I am looking forward to 20+ years of use out of this machine.
I was trying to decide between the PM-833T and the PM-935TS and I am glad I bought the 935.

I've had my 935TS for a few years now and it still runs like it did the day I got it up and running. Couldn't be happier.

Have fun with that thing! :)

Go big or go home! Congrats!

I just found a used 935TS and really like the look of it. Soon to be turning chips.
