Just talking with Mike about things that we do in the shop that irritate us . Chipping carbide end mills was the discussion . I did this the other night while packing stuff up in a hurry . My beloved fine feed Albrecht chuck took a hit from an Aloris DA holder , covered with Kroil and slipping out of my grasp . So , my precision chuck now has at least an 1/8" runout . I'm going to try to straighten it but may have to grind up a new shaft .
