I need a internal threading tool recommendation

Not sure if it’s been mentioned here yet but I’d consider going with a left hand boring bar. The reason being is you can run the lathe in reverse and thread away from the headstock. This has two advantages. One being visibility - it’s easier to see what’s going on in the bore. The other is that, because you are threading away from the headstock (and therefore any internal shoulders) you can really crank up the speed without fear of crashing your machine. You’re in no hurry to disengage the half nuts either. As long as you do it before your carriage gets to the tailstock then you’ve got nothing to worry about. It really takes the pressure out of threading and speeds up the whole process.

The only possible downside may be availability of inserts. Not sure if you could get them off of eBay or the like. But then any reputable tool supplier should carry them or at worst case be able to get them. Over here in the U.K. if the supplier doesn’t have them in stock then it’s usually a 3 day lead on them direct from the manufacturer.

Perhaps a set of machine taps would be quicker, also more forgiving.
