Identify This Mill

Hi folks,
A friend of mine is going to be given this mill. He doesn't know the name and doesn't have it yet. There is a nameplate that suggests that it was made by a company in Germany.

Can anyone help me identify this mill?

Unfortunately my friend does not have the mill yet. He has been offered it and asked me if we should take it. So the pic you see is all we have so far.

This is free to us. however don't want to get our hopes up and find that accessories are not available or too expensive.

I'm not sure that's a mill.......looks more like a cutter grinder or specialty machine.

Well that is my concern as well. I have googled all over the place and can't find anything. In the photo it looks like a long 4 flute cutter in the collet.

When ever he gets it we should be able get a model number.
