Incredible video showing 8" artillery shell production for WWI

A smaller round fired at night, as seen through the night sights. This is the transmitting end, I have seen the receiving end from a distance, and would hate to be up close and personal at the end of the rounds flight. I spent many nights in the middle of the two, hearing the firing from behind, and then a bit later, the sounds of the rounds doing their thing.

A lot of money, work, logistics just to get each round on target, but well worth it if you are on the same side. I beileve all these rounds are being delivered to the same destination.
