Indicator lug to noga adapter

I ended up taking the end out of the holder and putting a wedge into the dovetail size to open it up a bit. Now when it's in the holder my test indicators slide into it much more easily. I haven't owned the noga for more than a year, so I'm not sure why it took a set, but I guess this fixed it.
