is it a deal?

Just wanted to thank you all, for the replies they have given me enough to know what to ask and what to look for
 
Not sure if it is a "deal" but it sure looks like a Logan to me. It looks most like one of the variations sold by mail order store Montgomery Wards in the US. From what I understand T. Eaton had a similar mail order business model in Canada. I wonder if Scott Logan would know about the Eaton connection. There is no mention of Eaton in the FAQ on the Logan page.
