Knurling 101, theory and the first part of the tool

This is the starting episode of a video series that is dedicated to knurling.
There will be some theory, making the tool and at the end of the video series there will be drawings for anyone to use to build one.
In this episode, in addition to the thory, there will be very little machining. A very simple part is made for the tool.

In this video I use:
- Schaublin SV-51 (1955) Milling machine

The video is spoken in English but it has good quality hand written subtitles in English, German and Finnish.

Machining the arms for the knurling tool
The arms that hold the knurling wheels need some machining.
