PT07112 and PT07113 are 711 crystals; PT07066 is an outer bezel (you can search for these and “711H” on the Starrett website). Starrett does have parts lists and 2D& exploded drawings for many of their products, but not all.

I don’t know but do not believe upgrading the bezel & attachment is a simple process (I think requires replacing more parts). Your best bet is to call and ask to speak to tech support.
 
Any idea what the difference is between the two crystals?
Based on info from Long Island Indicators - the new crystals eliminate the need for the wire ring - the edge is got a built in ring/increased thickness. "Supposed" to be a simple upgrade...
 
There are YouTube videos on repairing DTIs. It’s mostly just cleaning and lube. They aren’t complicated.
