Lathe grinding jig

Yes, I should learn to sharpen freehand, and I will, but my lathe times will be far enough apart that i probably won't develop the muscle memory.

I don't want to buy one. It looks like an easy project. Any comments and dimensions are welcome!

It's gone, can you describe it?

Is it a fixture for sharpening bits, or something for holding a Dremel tool?

It is indeed a bit grinding block.
