Seen this again and again in this shop....
I constantly question my setup. And occasionally, I will recognize my mistake and correct for it....:big grin:

Truth be told, all of us go through this. Tell you what, though; if it weren't for the fact that most inserted carbide tool holders are use with the shank perpendicular to the work piece there would still be a lot of confused guys out there.
