Looking for organization ideas for cutters and small tools with many duplicates

I went ahead and 3D printed an index for the working set of drills. I am keeping the spares in the old drawers for the time being.
One of the things that I liked about my drawer storage was having all the categories (fractional, number, etc.) mixed and ordered by size, so that is how I designed my index.
