Magnetic chuck

Just acquired an “Eclipse” magnetic chuck. It measure approximately 15” x 6” x 2”. Not sure if they were marketed worldwide or just in the UK. While cleaning it up I found a screw in plug on the underside of the base with what I think is the word “OIL” stamped very roughly beside it. Can anyone tell me if this is what it is and if so what grade and quantity to put in. Never had any experience with magnetic chucks before.

I just rebuilt my 6x18” Walker magnetic chuck.
Walker told me to put 1/4” of 90 wt gear oil on the bottom of the chuck base.
I can’t tell you what volume of oil that worked out to be though.

Thanks for that info, mine has no oil whatsoever in it.
