Making a Wrench for Changing Collets

I've never need but one wrench (for the drawbar); I just hold the spindle pulley when tightening or loosening it.
 
You can tell when I change collets (my hands are dirtier than usual). I do hold the pulley and belt at the front so it is not to extreme. On my to do list is a wrench for the spline.
