Mill hold down clamp rack

Ok folks bought a mill hold down clamp set 1/2" bolts years ago, one in a plastic case....I want to hang them on the wall now, does anyone make and sell alone a wall rack to put them in? All I can find is the complete kits.

Quick check of suppliers & eBay doesn't yield any results. Maybe contact manufacturers of clamping sets, or smaller companies like Little Machine Shop? Or check with folks selling them later this week at Cabin Fever?
