Mini mill thrown off

Im going to assume the vice slipped because I looked at everything and it doesn't seem like it is anything else. Im just going to reset the vice back to square and see how it works.

I was machining far from the vice and piece so there was excess vibration that appears to have shaken something loose or out of original setting.

You could use one or more "machinist's jacks" to support the workpiece when it is cantilevered out a long way from the vise, better still if you can clamp down the on the piece as well.
