Hi All
Would one of these mobile caster bases reduce the stability of the mill?

How big is your mill? I made a solid wood base on casters for a PM 30-MV and it has just a little rock. I am going with the Frank Hoose blocks that he uses on his lathe to make it more solid.. I have blocks rammed under the base to make it more solid, but that slows up moving and leveling it. Luckily I only move it every other blue moon. Don't know how much strain those leveling feet can stand in your picture. A mill doesn't have to be level, but it makes life easier. Charles

I have one under my PM 727V milll and it has worked out good for me. I believe it has a 1000 lb. capacity. Its very stable.

I put my bridgeport on a steel plate with some 2 in pipe legs tall enough to move around with a pallet jack.

Carrymaster leveling castors.
