Thought I would pass this along. at my welding table I like alot of light and since it doubles as a workbench I wanted light I could move if i don't need it or work on something tall so i didnt want something permanent that i dont need all the time.so
long ago I mounted a shoplight to a heavy set of ball bearing drawer slides I can pull the light out if needed if not I push it back hope this helps someone
