started the wood stuff, this (END) has more to add, it's not so easy one and a bit handed, i get madder than a cut snake trying to clamp work

thanks, I cut a rough round on the small bandsaw, then chuck up in the 3 jaw , R OD 60 ID 30, machine a groove same depth as ply thickness, , quarter them, cut the staights then machine groove in router, next time will just rebate the circle and straights
 
if you do not have a lathe , then could be tricky and dangerous by router

Today I sealed in the water tank lid

thanks Toz may put a shallow tank on the roof use the roof as tank bottom and water will be very hot here, but I'm anxious to use it.
