Good Morning:
The show was well attended by the white haired group! You don't see many young fellows any more. The exhibitors were fewer this year, two we usually buy from were missing. My want list is getting very short at this point in my journey thru time. The fellow that went with me took a lot of pictures.
The enclosed picture is one of my toys!

I see very little information about N.H. Baldwin on Vintage Machinery, but apparently his father started the foundry in Gilford/Laconia area. Here are the links:

You may consider submitting your photos with a description of the planer. That is a piece of history right there whether anybody knows it or not.

I'm curious...you called it a Hand Planer. Is it really operated by hand? What is the approx. size of the machine? Have you used it to make anything? Or is it a show piece?

The planer is powered by hand with the hand crank shown in this picture!
