New To Me Compact 5 for CNC

How did your conversion go? Is it making big pieces of material into smaller ones yet?
 
O bought a housein November and that has taken up the majority of my freetime.
I be been using my Southbend for any immediate things. Hope to get back on track soon. Shame, i was so close. I need to machine new motor mount bracket, design encoder interface, and reassemble.

Yes time is a huge issue. I just picked one up too so will be attempting to get it going as time permits.
