O/T what is this fastener called?

I have to replace one of these fasteners on a filter bag from a leaf vacuum machine.
I have tried several google searches but have not found any.
Anyone know what these are called and ultimately where I might buy some?

We used to have a big drawer full of them in the materials shop.

Label on the drawer only said “metal turn lock and grommets”.

Some guys would refer to them as “purse locks” in casual convo…

They were used extensively for anchor points for side curtains on antique cars and to unfasten the rag top so that it could be let down, along with "lift the dot" fasteners.
