On the PM BS-0 dividing head, how do I...

It's a little embarassing to ask, but I'm past that... How do I rotate the dividing head angle from the default horizontal position to vertical? In other words, what screw/bolts need loosening in order to change it from a dividing head to a "rotary table?" I tried loosening a couple screws but was worried they may loosen something unintended.

There should be a couple of bolts on the back side if the dividing head, that when loosened will allow swiveling of the head.
