[Documentation] Oslund indicator

Does anyone have much info on this indicator? Ive seen the style that goes from 5-0-5. This one goes from 0-10. Is it a tenths indicator or a thou?

Welp nogo on the indicator. The arm snapped in two pieces sadly. I also needed a new spring it seemed bc the spring didnt have enough tension to pull the arm back.
