As we were TRYING to do some cleaning in the shop today, we found an interesting attachment in an estate sale box.

It has a label indicating "PRESSURE HANDLE" , distributed by SKILSAW INC.

N the side castingit has PRESSURE HANDLE CO MODEL B.

Large threaded part on the end to maybe fit a large drill motor?

Large handle is a worm drive that rotates what looks like a chain pulley.

Found some chain that fits in the same box.

Been long Tim since Skilsaw was a stand alone brand, and this is for drilling.

Cannot find anything on Google.

Something for mystery box...

I think it's a device to help hold pressure on a drill when you're drilling holes; more info here:

A mag drill looks way handier!

Thanks!

Looks like different companies marketed same item under their name.

Mag drill would be better on steel, this good for wood and other.

We do have a 5/8 or larger portable drill with the drill press setup, monder if this would attach.

I have one similar on my 3/4" Black & Decker drill.
