Made mostly of M8 and M10 nuts, 4mm rod, 6mm tubing and other sundry bits. My wife found them at a village fête stall some years ago, and gave them to our farmer neighbor for his birthday,The "early" one was painted, and the "later" models were given some kind of flame darkened patina, then varnished over. Our farming friends have now passed, leaving these now inherited by us.
Zoom up the thumbnails, and check out the welds!

Here is the dude from the early model. Check out the mobile phone! It kind of puts a date era on it.
Next we have a female version, but done differently, with the flame patina.

I think some years went by between the making of these.

Here is the welded dude with briefcase and necktie - and a next generation mobile phone. It has clearly moved on to at least something like a Nokia or Blueberry. He is using it to make a real phone call, instead of getting up to thumb-texting wizardry on a smartphone.

The last picture is more of a close-up. I suppose the welding could have been TIG, I don't know.
