PM940-CNC Spindle Control

Hey All,
Since receiving my PM940, I have been turning on and off my spindle manually. It is kind of a pain in the ass. Can you please send me your spindle controller settings, most likely 2.00 and 2.01 values as well as any mach 3 spindle settings?
